FAQ rewards

  • How do I look up my rewards balance?

    Start by looking up your rewards, then click "View My Benefits". From there, you can see your rewards balance, available offers, and referral cards.

  • How do rewards work?

    Every qualifying visit earns 2% back in rewards that can be used toward future repairs and services.

  • Do oil changes earn rewards?

    Oil changes do not earn the standard 2% rewards because they participate in a separate oil change rewards program.

  • How does the oil change reward work?

    Buy 2 oil changes and receive 50% off the 3rd oil change of the same type. Full Synthetic and Synthetic Blend oil changes are tracked separately.

  • How do referrals work?

    Once logged into your rewards account, you can send a referral card directly to friends and family. When they visit Chapman’s Front End & Brakes for the first time, both of you receive $15 in rewards.

  • Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?

    Yes. Customers can earn up to $60 in rewards per visit, with a maximum rewards balance of $250.


  • Do rewards expire?

    Yes. Rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity.

  • Can rewards be combined with other offers?

    Some offers may not be combined. Please ask your Service Advisor for details during your visit.

  • How do I join?

    Joining is simple. Just visit Chapman’s Front End & Brakes and provide your mobile phone number during your visit to start earning rewards automatically.
